Track-Mounted Impact Crusher R1100DS

The R1100DS is a powerful, compact, fully hydraulic and flexible duplex-able impact crusher.

The tracked mobile impact crusher R1100DS is equipped with a heavy duty rotor and is therefore also ideal for applications in hard natural stone. In addition, of course, also ideal in recycling of asphalt, concrete or other demolition debris.

The R1100DS offers a high level of operating convenience thanks to the fully hydraulic gap adjustment, the vibration feeder with speed regulation and the hydraulically lowerable screenbox.

The versatile setting options of the R1100DS ensure excellent final grain quality.

In addition to a large feed hopper, a vibrating feeder with pre-screening, a sound insulated engine compartment, dust suppression and an electronic remote control are also part of the standard equipment of the R1100DS.

A special highlight of the R1100DS is the hydrostatic drive system, which allows the crusher to rotate left or right, and also allows the R1100DS impact crusher to be converted to the R1200D jaw crusher and vice versa, since both units can be installed on the same base frame.
