Data parties
This data protection declaration explains the type scope and purpose of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) within our online offer and the websites, functions and content associated with it as well as external online presences, such as our social media profile. (Hereinafter jointly referred to as “online offer”). With regard to the terms used, such as “personal data” or their “processing”, we refer to the definetions in Art. 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).
Our website can usually be used without providing any personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g., name, address, or e-mail addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g., when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Changes and updates to the privacy policy
We ask you to inform yourself regularly about the content of our data protection declaration. We will adapt the data protection declaration as soon as the changes in the data processing we carry out make this necessary. We will inform you as soon as the changes require your cooperation (e.g. consent) or other individual notification.
Cooperation with processors and third parties
If, as part of our processing, we disclose data to other people and companies (contract processors or third parties), transmit it to them or otherwise grant them access to the data, this is only done on the basis of legal permission (e.g. if the data is transmitted to third parties, as to payment service providers, pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO is required for the fulfillment of the contract), you have consented, a legal obligation provides for this or on the basis of our legitimate interests (e.g. when using agents, web hosts, etc.).
If we commission third parties to process data on the basis of a so-called “order processing contract”, this is done on the basis of Art. 28 DSGVO.
Cookies
Some of the websites use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for analyzing your surfing behavior) are stored, these are treated separately in this data protection declaration.
Deletion of data
The data processed by us will be deleted or their processing restricted in accordance with Art. 17 and 18 DSGVO. Unless expressly stated in this data protection declaration, the data stored by us will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage requirements. If the data is not deleted because it is required for other and legally permissible purposes, its processing will be restricted. This means that the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example, to data that must be retained for commercial or tax reasons.
Collection of access data and log files
On the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Article 6 1 Letter DSGVO, we collect data about every access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). The access data includes the name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.
Log file information is stored for a maximum of seven days for security reasons (e.g. to investigate misuse or fraud) and then deleted. Data whose further storage is required for evidence purposes are excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified.
SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses an SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Withdrawal, modification, correction and updating of data
The user has the right to request information free of charge about the personal data stored about him. In addition, the user has the right to correct incorrect data, blocking and deletion of his personal data, provided that there is no legal obligation to retain it.

This website uses Javascript libraries from external providers for technical purposes. These are integrated into the website via a link. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required scripts into your browser cache to ensure the full functionality of the website.
For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to the servers of ajax.googleapis.com. This gives the provider the information that our website was accessed via your IP address. jQuery is used in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f DSGVO. Without jQuery, this website would not be functional.

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display text and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to the Google servers. This gives Google knowledge that our website was accessed via your IP address. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offering. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f DSGVO. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.
