The R1200D is based on a fully hydraulic concept and is the ideal solution for all applications that demand highest requirements to the wear parts.
The tracked mobile jaw crusher R1200D is based on a fully hydraulic concept and is the optimal primary crusher for hard, abrasive and very coarse-grained stone. Especially suitable for hard natural stone or for recycling of challenging demolition debris
In addition to a large feed hopper, a vibrating feeder with pre-screening, a sound insulated engine compartment, dust suppression and an electronic remote control are also part of the standard equipment of the R1200D.
A special highlight of the R1200D is the hydrostatic drive system, which allows the crusher to rotate left or right, and also allows the R1200D jaw crusher to be converted to the R1100DS impact crusher and vice versa, since both units can be installed on the same base frame.
